Welcome Note

Hello everyone,

It is my good pleasure to bring you The Inner Interior, my newly finished space where we can come together daily and be inspired by life and the inner workings that make it the journey worth walking. I cannot think of any other way to communicate with you other than through this blog and hopefully one day in person! Over the years life has refined my vision and perspective and with that has come a profound transformation which I feel is now my responsibility to share. The Inner Interior will not only be an interiors blog focusing on the more mindful aspects of design but also the inner interior of life itself.  At the start of every week I will share a mantra that keeps me centered, focused and my mind quiet so life is more enjoyable. Throughout the week I will share my ideas for mindful living and blogging and how this simple yet profound practice can truly change a life.

My intention with this blog is to share with you, it is never to give you advice unless you ask for it. I am a firm believer in not giving my opinion when it isn’t asked for. I have my own story to tell and that is all I am responsible for so please do keep this in mind as you read. Please know you are very welcome here and so are your thoughts. I ask that we all practice kindness and compassion through our words and know that we are all doing the best we can.

If you have anything you wish to share with me you can either leave it in the comment box below or email me on the contact page. I look forward to sharing this journey with you and may we all remember how wonderful life is when we live it moment by moment, taking in the beauty everywhere and reflecting it to the next person we see.

A sincere thanks to Meg Long of Meg Long Creative for creating this space and Joanna Waterfall of Waterfall Creative for my lovely logo. I adore these two women more than words, I could not recommend anyone higher than these two!

With gratitude,

Jocelyn xx
