It is my knowing that problems dissolve naturally when more attention is spent focusing on the solution rather then the how’s and why’s of the problem. My mantra this week is one I feel has been most helpful in my road to recovery, bringing me back to a state of mindfulness with just four words. Today, I do not view “problems” in the same way as I did before, I see them more as ways to learn and deepen my realization of who I am. When I do experience a situation that gives me a charge or I begin to feel the heat in my neck rising to my head, I remind myself: stay in the solution and be free of stress.
Do you have a practice you follow when you discover a “problem”? Do you feel it relieves you from any inner struggle or mind spinning?
I have come to know this; the solution rests within my perception, which is my freeway to inner peace and a calm mind.
Wishing everyone a wonderful Monday,
